Dispatching Your Order:

  • Orders are packed DAILY, Mon-Fri in our Brisbane warehouse.
  • We use 3 Courier networks to reach you the fastest.
  • Your Courier will send parcel tracking details directly to your email, once they have collected your parcel from us.

Click & Collect Orders:

  • If you opted to Click & Collect, once your order has been packed our Customer Care team will send you a personal email letting you know it's ready for collection.
  • Our Warehouse boutique is open Mon-Fri 10am-2pm.

Shipping Rates:

  • Our aim is to provide the most affordable shipping to our customers, based on their delivery location. We even subsidise all customer’s shipping charges (ie - we pay a portion of the shipping cost for you!)

  • We provide a flat rate of $15.00 to Australian Metro areas for Play Mat deliveries (on average, the actual cost is $31 for these very large boxes,, so we pay half!)

  • We provide a flat rate of $10 to Australian Metro on Toy deliveries to Metro areas (again, we heavily subsidise the actual cost)!

  • For those living in more rural locations, your shipping may be a little more expensive, as multiple couriers are required to deliver to you.

  • For a shipping estimate, simply enter your postcode on any product page for a quote. 

  • New Zealand orders incur a flat rate of $35 per play mat order.

  • International Shipping is available and prices vary depending on location. Please contact us directly for a delivery quote (as international large box couriers don’t always sync with our website). Email:  info@munchkinandbear.com.au

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times are 4-7 business days from the time of order, for most Australian locations. (Locations within Brisbane are likely to be next day delivery!)
  • Northern Territory, Western Australia and New Zealand require a longer postage time (allow 8-14 business days). 
  • Please note that during our sale/promotional events and school holidays, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above, but we will do our very best to maintain our famous speedy delivery!

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes! We now deliver to New Zealand through our website as well! If you are looking to purchase a Play Mat from somewhere else in the world, please send an email to our lovely Customer Care Team at info@munchkinandbear.com.au and they can organise a shipping quote for you.

RETURNS:

Can I return my product?

Munchkin & Bear offers all customers a 30 day 100% money back guarantee (subject to the terms below). 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs). The only conditions applying to returns are as follows: 

  • All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including the original box, bag, and velcro straps).
  • You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. 
  • The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
